Adrienne Becker is CEO and Co-Founder of Level Forward, an entertainment company working to extend the access and opportunity of creative excellence in furtherance of equity and economic transformation. The Company’s films (including The Assistant, Holler, Rebel Hearts, Topside, You Resemble Me) have played at every major festival, and its stage productions (including Jagged Little Pill, Oklahoma, POTUS, Slave Play, What The Constitution Means to Me) have been nominated for a combined thirty-seven Tony Awards. Level Forward develops, produces, and finances creative works from emerging storytellers, and spends the cultural currency created by its projects to advance the change-making work of non-partisan, non-profit organizations working in gender and racial equity, youth empowerment, community building and gun violence prevention. Previously, Adrienne founded IDEASTOX, was SVP at The Nielsen Company and InterActive Corporation, was CEO of DailyCandy, Inc., and was an Entrepreneur-in Residence at Creative Artists Agency. She also worked as a Special Assistant for Intergovernmental Affairs at the Department of Labor and served as a Presidential campaign staffer in 1992 and 1996.
